Can anybody track travel history from the old expired passport?

What you’re really saying is that you lied on your visa application – a lie by omission is still a lie and you should NEVER lie to immigration authorities under any circumstances. When you don’t produce the old passport, they will begin with the assumption that she has something to hide and work from there. They may not be able to get every, single detail of her old travel history (depends on when and where she travelled), but they will be able to get at least some of it and you had better start hoping that they don’t turn up anything that hasn’t been disclosed.
