Can anybody tell which is an anti-radioactive element?

What do you mean by anti-radioactive element. First be clear about what is radioactivity. It is a nuclear phenomena. So,It can never affected temperature, pressure and any other external features. All the unstable nuclei above atomic number 82 exhibit this property.Thank god there is no way to control radioactivity.otherwise it could lead to very very lethal weapons. if you want to know which element is non radioactive, then it is eveything below atm no.82 See, no element can control a nuclear phenomena that is occuring inside the nucleus of other element. So no anti-radioactive element exists. But lead can be used to stop all the three radioactive rays namely alpha, beta and gamma.I mean it does not stop them from coming out of the nuclei but it absorbs them. All you have to remember is radioactivity is a nuclear phenomena.
