Can anybody tell me wat is difference betn -Project Management versus Construction Management?
I don’t know about Australia, but in the USA: Project Management is concerned with all aspects of a project. This includes construction of the building and startup and operating the facility. A Project Manager will have a Construction Manager reporting to him. Construction management is concerned only with having the building constructed according to the plans. Once the building is finished, the construction manager goes on to the next project. Also, it’s not ‘wat’, and ‘betn’; it’s “what” and “between”. I’d suggest using proper spelling since that favorably (or ‘favourably’) impresses most people, mainly bosses and customers.
