Can anybody sympathise with the pain of dislocating my shoulder?
I haven’t dislocated my shoulder, but I have been suffering from frozen shoulders for two and a half years, I had surgery on my right shoulder in march to remove a spur, the pain is excruciating and the recovery period is long, so I do sympathise with shoulder pain. I hope you get better soon, keep up the excercises.
