Can anybody submit video/clips?
Yes! The one exception is people under the age of 18. Our programming and services is made primarily for young college-aged adults 18 and up, and because minors cannot legally accept our distribution/license agreement, we don’t encourage them to submit video. That said, if you are under 18 and feel strongly that you could make something that would appeal to our target audience, you must have your parent or guardian submit it for you.
