Can any student enroll in the IB programme at Hendrix?
Starting with the 2009 – 2010 school year, students currently enrolled in Arizona schools will need to have passed all required components (math, reading, writing & eventually science) of their latest AIMS tests with a score of at least “Meets” the standards. Students enrolling from outside Arizona will have their academic records evaluated on an individual basis. Students are welcome to apply from schools or districts outside of the Hendrix Jr. High attendance boundries. Students are also permitted to apply for admission into the IB Programme starting with the student’s seventh, eighth or ninth grade years, without previous involvement or background in the IB Programme.
