Can any length of flexible array be made as long as it is less than the maximum length recommended?

The flexible array is made in standard segment lengths. The 1 inch spaced flexible array comes in 3″ segments. The 1/2 inch flexible array comes in 1.5″ segments. Unless ordered otherwise, the pieces are cut to the ordered length or the increment just shorter.
