As long as these feature film titles are represented by Audio Cine and Criterion, the two major film distributors that Ryerson Library has signed agreements with, you are allowed to show the movies in class. To establish such representation, please check the catalogues on their web sites or contact them: Audio Cine: http://www.acf-film.com/ Criterion: http://criterionpic.com/ If you need further clarification or assistance, please contact the Audio Visual department of the Library (2nd floor, Library or #5099). The Library’s site license covers the public performance and not the ownership of the physical copies, so provided that copies of these film titles are acquired from a legal source, it does not matter whether they are personal copies, loans from a public library, library purchases or rented from a video outlet.
