Can any existing and to-remain parking spaces on the adjacent site be taken in order to provide access to the site from that parking lot?

Obviously a few parking spaces, which will be city owned, will be lost in the design of the site to accommodate the curb cut. It is the City’s intention to maintain perpendicular parking along the eastern side of the site.
