Can any concrete slab or block be leveled? Can it be lowered?
In general, any concrete slab can be raised. There are rare instances where the concrete has deteriorated or cracked beyond the ability to be leveled. In those instances, replacement is the only option. Our estimators will inform you if the concrete is too damaged or if any problems or risks associated with leveling the concrete exist. In instances where a slab of concrete has risen above the other pieces, we do not lower that section, we will raise the other sections to create a gentle slope and reduce the tripping hazard.
