Unfortunately, no. TRIBrewards, in its sole discretion, seeks retailers and brands that are complementary with one and other and may from time to time deny partnership applications. In the event that a partnership agreement is approved by TRIBrewards due to any misrepresentation of Merchant Partner information, all TRIBrewards points may be nullified and or confiscated without refund at TRIBrewards’ sole discretion.
