Can any coated paper be used in a digital printer?
Coated papers are designed for different print methods. The coating formula must be able to withstand the high heat environment involved in the digital printing process. Coated offset substrates can bubble and crack when fused. With offset coated papers the quality of an image can be impacted, so be sure to use a coated paper specifically designed for digital printing.
