Holland and Barrett do diary free stuff, look for “Alpro” range in most high street stores, sainsburys. Alpro do everything yogurts, cream, ready made custard. Tofutti available at Holland and Barrett do dairy free cheese in both Cheddar and mozzarella style that does not taste to bad. http://www.alpro.at/en/ Note ignore jrmiss86 about hard cheese and yogurts as I have lived with a child diagnosed with Lactose Intolerance for 8 years and a top dietician at Birmingham Childrens Hospital said nothing about that in fact she said NO YOGURTS OR CHEESE unless it was marked Dairy Free and gave me a list of companies who did Dairy Free products. If she would like to have my son for a weekend I would gladly fill him with yogurts before she took him then she could learn the hard way how wrong her comment is.
