I think there is an easy way to tackle this and it’s much more effective and reliable. Arrange with your GP to have an allergy test carried out. This will tell you what you are allergic to, and it will give you a list of what to avoid so you can stop the recurrence of hay fever. Home remedies are ok, but getting the tests is much better.
