Can anxiety cause a long spell of Peripheral neuropathy for months?
Anxiety can produce a pretty broad basket of somatic, (physical symptoms.) However though it might produce a glove and stocking sensory alteration, a good clinician should be able to distinguish this from a neuropathy. Therefore I would have to say it is unlikely provided the peripheral neuropathy diagnosis is an accurate one.
