Can anxiety and panic attacks cause these physical symptoms ?
100% yes. Anxiety attacks even mimic the feelings of having a heart attack if you get one bad enough. I thought I was actually having a heart attack once and it was just the worst anxiety attack I had ever had. Everything you mentioned is a symptom of prolonged anxiety. This is why people should just go do the goddamned doctor and get their anxiety treated. Why the hell do people refuse to get help for a legitimate physical illness? If you had cancer, you would get it treated. If you had diabetes you would get it treated. Why is mental illness any different? It is based in damaged biology… Your brain isn’t working how it should. If your kidneys were not working as they should, you would get treatment! So why suffer with anxiety?
