There should be a single version of the Xbox for Europe. If you have any doubts, then you should contact Xbox European support and ask them directly at http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/support/. The power supply should be able to handle between 220 to 240. Western Europe uses PAL, so that should not be a problem. As long as you buy the DVD’s for Europe, then this should not be a problem. To be 100% sure about this, I would contact the support group for an answer you can truly rely upon because they are the only ones who can make that guarantee.
