Yes, it can. As long as an Energy is providing Fire Energy while it’s attached to a Benched Pokemon, it can be attached to Camerupt with the effect of the Moving Fire attack. When SP Energy is attached to Camerupt, it becomes 1 unit of Colorless Energy.
