Yes, an RTO can be equipped to withstand freezing ambient conditions. All control cabinets and/or junction boxes that are outdoors and contain instruments will need to be equipped with heaters and and the instrument air that is supplied to the RTO will need to be clean and free of any moisture. Alliance Corporation offers thermostatically controlled heaters for control cabinets and junction boxes as an option.
