Can an organization apply if it serves young people outside the 9-24 age range?
Organizations must, at a minimum, serve young people who are between 9 and 24. This does not mean the organization has to serve the entire age range. Organizations that also serve persons outside this age range are eligible to apply, although we are most interested in expanding programs that deliver outcomes for youth between 9 and 24.
