Can an organisation find out their survey results before they are published publicly on AGGE?

Yes. Access to survey results will be available through the secure, private, employer members area (accessed using email address and password). Provided 50% of employees have responded, a member can view the summary of survey results. One month after registration all of the surveys should have been completed. Provided at least 70% of the employees have responded, the member may give permission for the results to be published on the public survey results section. We suggest that the higher the percent responding, the better it looks for the employer (percent responding is reported on the website). Should an employer choose not to publish the results, the member may remain on the website with no results listed provided that within six months they re-survey their employees.
