Can an Order be operative immediately?

0

An Order can be made to have immediate effect, but it is provisional for up to 6 months, or until it is confirmed, whichever is earlier. Where an Order is immediately effective the notice will say so. The Planning Authority can confirm the Order if it is unopposed, but if there are objections, the Order may need to be modified before it is confirmed.
