A41: Yes, however there maybe some cases where the PRV-LX1 and a Non-Linear edit system and/or an edit controller may not perform as expected. When a communication error occurs between the recorder and an NLE or editing system, it involves an “unknown device command error”. This error command is generated when two devices are not recognized when using the RS-422A or IEEE-1394 protocol.
