Usually a physician will not order the types of screens we offer, nor will insurance pay for them, unless the patient is experiencing symptoms. Unfortunately, over 50% of victims of heart attack, stroke and aneurysm rupture have NO warning. This creates a difficult catch-22 for those people who dont want to wait until it is too late. So our goal is to identify those people who are at risk BEFORE the heart attack, stroke or aneurysm occurs and while they still have time to try to prevent it.
