Yes, an individual can own more than one share. However, “Individuals owning common stock in the Cooperative shall be restricted to one vote in the affairs of the Cooperative.” — (Art. VII of The Articles of Incorporation). If there is more than one owner of a share the vote for that share shall be cast by only one of the owners.
