No. To be eligible for coverage under this plan the Individual’s physical address must be within the Presbyterian Individual Care service area.Can an Individual cover their domestic partner/ significant other on their policy? No. Domestic Partners are not eligible for dependent coverage under this plan. However, the domestic partner/significant other is welcome to apply for their own Individual Care coverage.
