Can an ICF system withstand the test of time?
ICFs have now been around long enough to safely say that they will and have withstood the test of time. Most standing ICF homes show no signs of degradation. While conventional building methods estimate a lifespan of 25 years without maintenance, ICF systems estimate an excess of 100 years without maintenance before the system begins to fail.
