Yes. The Aged Care Act 1997 has been amended to provide for transition care leave for existing recipients of Australian Government funded aged care services, including residential aged care, Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs), Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) packages and EACH Dementia packages, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for transition care.
