Can an existing permit be amended?
The Permittee may submit a Permit Amendment Application to request an amendment(s) to the existing permit. Any changes to the approved plans or permit will require review and approval by the Permit Engineer; this will be a general amendment with a cost of $535. A Permittee Name Change, Time Extension or Site Location Change will require review and approval by the Permit Engineer with a cost of $93.
