Yes. Generally, events should be planned to break even, however, a Regional Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) Program Committee or a troop can conduct a program event for the purpose of earning money for girl activities. If the council processes the registrations for the event, the net proceeds will be transferred to the regional or troop bank account.
