Pursuant to the recently released Order on Reconsideration in CC Docket No. 99-216, FCC 02-103, Released April 10, 2002, Responsible Parties utilizing the SDoC method are no longer required to be physically located in the U.S.A. However, they must designate an Agent for Service for process that is physically located in the U.S.A.
