Can an employer use FormFox to pre–order test events?
The employer pre–ordering portion is in development but was displayed at the DATIA conference this year. Employers will have the ability to pre–order test events through either their own customized services with FormFox (although this has to be arranged at FormFox first) or through a laboratory pre–order system. Once this piece is placed on the live FormFox site, employers will be able to pre–order test events and provide the donor with a pre–authorization barcode form. The form will list all the donor demographics and provide a donor the directions to a collection facility.
