March 29: Annual leave will not be approved for any professional or instructional support personnel (including teachers and media specialists, student support personnel, teacher assistants and bus drivers). 10-month office staff may take annual or bonus leave if approved by the supervisor. A teacher may take personal leave if approved by the supervisor. A full day will be charged. Any employee calling in sick may be required to provide a doctors note. May 24: The policy is the same as above. Any employee who is expected to be at work and does not have an approved leave day will be docked a days pay.
