To maintain proficiency, Arise Certified Professionals service each of their clients for no fewer than 15 hours each week, as specified in the SOW. However, each client’s minimum weekly hour requirement varies. Many Arise Certified Professionals work at least 25 hours a week to have the opportunity to service two clients.
