Can an applicant be placed on the waiting list for next year?
Applicants are not carried over from year to year. They would need to re-apply each year and be considered with the pool of applicants for that year. Therefore, an applicant may be accepted one year with a GPA if 2.5, but the next year that may not be good enough for acceptance if the quality of the applicant pool increases.
