Can an appeal be filed after the expiry period?
Any party who, for good reason, requires an extension of the time for filing the Notice of Appeal must convince a Court of Appeal Chambers Judge to extend the time by filing a Notice of Motion. You must file an affidavit in support of your motion. The affidavit must set out the reasons why the appeal was not filed during the required appeal period.
