Can an apartment change my move in date when we already agreed on one and I paid the security deposit?
If you signed the lease that has the move in date of June 6 on it and a copy of your deposit, then you are ok. Move in on June 6. They cannot change the lease once its written and signed. If all you did was give them a deposit, then tell them you cannot move in then and want your deposit back. But tell them in a ceritified letter.
