Can an american citizen move to scotland and live and go to colleage and work there?

hey, An American can move anywhere he wants, they are in Afghanistan & Iraq now a days, but coming back to your specific Question: there are two ways: 1. As a student: you can get admission in a college (Either Public funded or Private), that allows you to study, live & work for 20 hours a week (which give you enough funds to support yourself), or you can apply as an exchange student through your college, second way is not possible for you as you are too young, cannot apply for a work permit, or Innovator scheme, a charity worker or any other category.
