Yes. However, everyone must possess a SC Hunting License and any nonresident member of an alligator hunting party 16 years of age or older must pay a $200 Nonresident Alligator Hunting Fee in addition to the cost of the hunting license. Please note: any accompanying boats must be within direct sight and sound of the permitted alligator hunter at all times.
