Can an aid or family member ride with a customer in the ambulette?
Yes, we encourage individuals to bring one aid or family member with them on their excursions. However, an aid or family member is not required. Our experienced drivers can assist clients with services such as getting down stairs and even putting on a coat or carrying luggage to a vehicle if this is needed. Our ambulettes can accommodate up to five walk-on passengers or two individuals in wheelchairs and one walk-on passenger. Please let us know how many people will be included in your ride when you schedule your appointment.
