Can an agency get an extension for doing its five-year-review report?

0

A.R.S. ยง 41-1056(D) allows an agency to file a notice with GRRC of a 120-day extension. The extension must be filed before the five-year-review report is due. If the agency files notice of an extension and then fails to submit the five-year-review report within the extension period, the rules scheduled for review expire.
