Can an Adult Child re-establish eligibility after a period of not being eligible?

YES. If an Adult Child loses eligibility due to no longer being a student or moving out of NJ or marrying, they can regain eligibility. If they later reside in NJ or enroll as a full-time student in an accredited school or become single again they are eligible.
