If so, could you site some references? Thank you for your time. A: Aminocaproic acid is used in certain blood clotting disorders associated with the circulatory system, certain cancers or surgery. It is not recommended for IC. Hydrocortisone is commonly used in addition to DMSO for treatment of IC that is usually referred to as “DMSO cocktail”.
