Can Americans live in a ger or wood cabins alone? What about making a fire and getting fuel?
About 40% of the Volunteers in Mongolia today live in gers or wood cabins. There is some initial adjustment, but most Volunteers enjoy living in a ger or wood cabin and making a fire. The HCA needs to ensure that water and fuel are easily available for the Volunteer. Americans enjoy private time and generally prefer to live alone.
