Can all signers use online bill payment?
All signers can enroll in online bill payment. However, online bill payment treats each signer uniquely. Therefore, one signer will not be able to see what another signer has established with respect to payees, scheduled payments, etc. We recommend you designate one signer as the online bill payment representative to avoid any possible duplicate or missed payments. Please note that after a payment has been processed, all signers with access to Online Banking for Small Business will be able to view the paid items in “Account Info — View Activity.
