A. The International Board for Regression Therapy reports that, looking at all studies to date, between 70-80% of volunteers did report experiencing past lives. This research is performed on volunteers, so it’s possible the rate may be higher among those who clearly desire a PLR. Dick Sutphen, a pioneer in past-life research, found that if, under hypnosis, he first prepared each energy center in the body, anyone could receive a PLR.
