Yes. All family members who are part of the booked party are welcome to attend the American Girl events, including adults, boys, and girls. All American Girl events, and the gifts given at the American Girl events, are intended for girls ages 8 and up. Children under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
