People on dialysis can use all natural Zeolite safely as long as they keep their dosage low – in the range of three to five drops per dose – so as to avoid dehydration, as they have to limit the amount of water they drink. People who have renal insufficiency but are not on dialysis can take all natural Zeolite safely, with no dosage adjustment.
