Can all BC land title filings be submitted via ETRAY?
No, paper filings must be submitted to the physical land title office. EFS includes the Form A Transfer, Form B Mortgage, Form C Charge and Release and the Property Transfer Tax Return, the Form 17 Fee Simple, Form 17 Charge of Notation and Form 17 Cancellation of Charge or Notation and electronic submission of crown land plans by BC land surveyors. Other applications will continue to be added including the pilot to submit survey plan packages to Land Title Offices in April 2007. Requests for pick-ups for paper filings may be ordered through ETRAY.
