Can air filters help with allergy and asthma symptoms?

Air filters? No, not really. An air cleaning system can though and they are not the same. That disposable or cleanable filter that you see through located in the bottom of your furnace is really designed to keep the furnace clean. Check out the inside of your furnace by the blower motor. Is it clean? I didn’t think so. That little piece of garbage filter is designed to protect your furnace and it doesn’t do a very good at that, so what about your lungs. The dirt and debris you see inside your furnace is the same dirt and debris that you have been breathing.
